una marca de marroquiner\u00eda en China"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Un tribunal de Pek\u00edn dio la raz\u00f3n a una empresa de marroquiner\u00eda que desde 2007 a utilizar la marca &#8216;iPhone&#8217;, conocida en todo el mundo por ser el nombre del tel\u00e9fono creado por la compa\u00f1\u00eda estadounidense Apple, indic\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles el peri\u00f3dico oficial People&#8217;s Daily.<\/p>\n<p>El tribunal de Pek\u00edn argument\u00f3 que Apple no pudo demostrar que la marca iPhone era &#8220;familiar para el p\u00fablico y conocida&#8221;
